- John Leonard Harris is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. John has a Bachelor's in Speech and Dramatic Arts from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2002, John founded Encouragement Unlimited, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit organization that would enable him to live out his vision of reaching people with a ongoing sense of hope. He is a nationally known speaker who takes his message to businesses, colleges and universities, as well as community organizations across the country. John is the Assoc. Pastor of Christ Temple Church since 2007. He has been married to Charlene for over 22 years and they have four children, Preston, Shannon, JoAnna and John Jr.
